charming but requires more onsite staff
The unique layout of the hotel was intriguing, offering an authentic experience of a bygone era. The condition of the antique fixtures added a delightful touch, making my stay comfortable and memorable.
The staff was not always present, which sometimes left me feeling a bit unsupported.

We had a fantastic time with friends at this historic hotel! Loved exploring the local shops and trying out some delicious food nearby. Just a heads up, the staff leaves in the evening, so expect some quiet nights. The porches are perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The absence of management in the evenings could be a concern. It was quiet for us, but I can see how it might be frustrating for someone needing assistance.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The location couldn't be more perfect! Nestled right in the heart of Old Town, it’s a foodie and adventure lover's paradise. The service? WOW! Dee, even providing step-by-step instructions for our late-night check-in. I loved lounging on the beautiful terrace with a morning coffee, soaking up that garden vibe. 🌺🌞

The breakfast vibes were chill with simple fruits and pastries that hit the spot. Dee’s hospitality was top-notch, making us feel like we were home. Being right next to Old Town meant epic local food adventures at places like Old Town Mexican Cafe. Can't beat that!
Despite the charm, the service at the hotel felt a bit off. It was odd finding staff MIA during the day and dealing with some miss-ups like missing towels. A fridge would’ve been cool too!

The hotel's decor and history really took us back in time, and the soft beds made for a cozy stay. Dee, the manager, made sure we had everything we needed, which was a huge plus for our family of six.
My kids wished there were more snacks available in the common areas.

missingWrote a review on May 07fantastic staffgreat locationhistoric ambianceroom noiseparking hasslebreakfast variety
I loved the unique charm of the Cosmopolitan. The historical buildings and antique furnishings gave a nostalgic feel. Staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Dee, who provided great local tips and made us feel at home. The location in Old Town is unbeatable, right near shops and restaurants. I relaxed on the wrap-around porch, enjoying the quiet ambiance. The breakfast was light with fresh pastries and good coffee, but variety could use improvement. The absence of a television was fine for me, but might not suit everyone. My room was spacious and clean, yet I had some issues with the noise. you can hear everything from the courtyard, including conversations and train whistles at night, making it hard to sleep. Also, there's no fridge in the room, which would have been useful for snacks and drinks. Parking was a hassle. I struggled to find a spot nearby. Overall, a delightful stay with some quirks that need addressing.
